Indy Blueprints and Permits is a residential architectural design practice based in Indianapolis. We work with homeowners and contractors across Indiana to design homes and prepare detailed architectural plans required for building permits and construction. Our plans are clear, buildable, and ready for city approval, helping projects move forward with fewer complications.

We focus on creating timeless homes that respect the neighborhood's character and the house's original architecture. Our work draws inspiration from historic architectural styles such as Victorian, Traditional American, Craftsman, and Mid-century ranch homes. Rather than copying the past, we interpret these traditions to fit modern living while preserving the home's spirit and identity.
