Indy Blueprints and Permits is a residential architectural design practice based in Indianapolis. We work with homeowners and contractors across Indiana to design homes and prepare detailed architectural plans required for building permits and construction. Our plans are clear, buildable, and ready for city approval, helping projects move forward with fewer complications.

We focus on creating timeless homes that respect the character of the neighborhood and the original architecture of the house. Our work draws inspiration from historic architectural styles such as Victorian, Traditional American, Craftsman, and Mid-century ranch homes. Rather than copying the past, we interpret these traditions in a way that fits modern living while preserving the spirit and identity of the home.

We believe good design should balance beauty, structure, and functionality. Indy Blueprints and Permits was created with the belief that residential design should go beyond simply obtaining building permits.
